About Me

I'm Maryam Mokhberi &

As Technical Lead & CTO at Ariana Web, I combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership — from architecting and building solutions to guiding cross-functional teams through complex, multidisciplinary projects.

Over the past 17+ years, I’ve led the delivery of 50+ client projects across e-commerce, manufacturing, wellness, and service industries. I work hands-on when the project requires it, while also leading teams of 6–30 professionals across engineering, design, QA, and data.

My work spans enterprise WordPress platforms, custom full-stack web applications, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent automation. I have hands-on experience designing and implementing machine learning and deep learning models, including predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision, and integrating AI capabilities directly into production web applications.

I work closely with clients to turn business goals into practical technical solutions — from initial architecture and technology strategy through development, deployment, and continuous improvement. I also help translate business requirements and growth objectives into practical digital strategies, product plans, and technical roadmaps. Depending on the scope, I can lead a focused technical engagement directly or coordinate a multidisciplinary team for larger, more complex builds.
